Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how customers may request cancellation or non-renewal of a CallMonkey subscription.

How to request cancellation

Customers may request cancellation or non-renewal using the Email Support button below. The request should identify the organization and applicable service so it can be verified and processed.

Email Support

When cancellation takes effect

If no fixed service term applies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Service remains available until that date and is then disabled.

Fixed terms and commitments

If the subscription is subject to a fixed term or minimum commitment, a cancellation request prevents renewal but does not cancel or waive obligations during the existing committed term unless CallMonkey agrees otherwise in writing. Any required notice period will be stated in the applicable checkout, order form, or service agreement.

Service access after cancellation

Access and managed service operation continue through the applicable paid or committed service period, provided the account remains in good standing. Access ends when cancellation becomes effective. Customers should arrange any required transition or export of customer-provided information before that date.

Customer-specific agreements

Customer-specific enterprise, order, or service agreements may contain different cancellation and non-renewal terms and will take precedence where applicable.
