Website and service information

Terms

These terms describe the informational nature of the CallMonkey website and the general conditions that apply to CallMonkey service arrangements.

Informational content

Website content is provided for general information about CallMonkey solutions. Except for published commercial policies expressly incorporated into an applicable purchase, website content is not a quotation, technical guarantee, or substitute for an authorized checkout, order form, or service agreement.

Provider identity

The CallMonkey services described on this website are provided by CallMonkey Technologies OPC, a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

References to “CallMonkey,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to CallMonkey Technologies OPC, unless the context specifically refers to a particular CallMonkey product or service.

These Terms apply to the CallMonkey Click2Call SaaS service and related implementation, configuration, support, and managed-service arrangements described in the applicable pricing page, checkout, order form, or service agreement.

Click2Call service scope

CallMonkey Click2Call is an enterprise B2B SaaS service for identified business customers. A website or application visitor initiates an inbound call from the browser, and CallMonkey routes the session only to configured and approved business endpoints.

Supported endpoints may include a CallMonkey-hosted Webphone, a customer SIP or PBX environment, or an approved contact-center system. The service is sold as a recurring SaaS subscription. Optional implementation and configuration services may be quoted separately.

The subscription is for inbound business Click2Call functionality. It does not include consumer calling plans, prepaid calling minutes, calling credits, minute bundles, usage top-ups, resale of telephone numbers or carrier services, outbound calling campaigns, telemarketing, robocalling, autodialing, bulk dialing, or anonymous/open public telephony access.

Pricing, billing, and taxes

Current public starting prices and implementation fees are listed on the Pricing page. Final pricing may depend on capacity, routing, integration, security, availability, support, and deployment requirements.

Dedicated Click2Call plans are billed monthly in advance. Minimum service commitments, renewal terms, and notice periods are stated in the applicable checkout, order form, or service agreement.

Prices are stated in US dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be calculated or added based on the transaction, customer location, and payment provider or Merchant of Record requirements.

Cancellation and refunds

The public Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy apply unless an applicable checkout, order form, or service agreement establishes different terms. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

Agreement precedence

If these website terms, a public policy, a checkout, an order form, and a customer-specific service agreement conflict, the customer-specific service agreement takes precedence, followed by the applicable order form or checkout. The remaining website terms and public policies continue to apply to the extent they do not conflict.

Services and availability

Service scope, availability, configuration, implementation, and support are subject to technical assessment and the applicable commercial arrangement. No customer-specific commitment exists until confirmed through an authorized checkout, order form, or service agreement.

Demonstrations

Demonstrations and website Click2Call access are for evaluation or direct inquiry and may be changed, restricted, or unavailable. A human-check step does not create a service commitment or guarantee availability. Demo access may require authorization. Do not use a demonstration for emergency communication, production operations, or transmission of sensitive information.

Technical compatibility

Functionality may depend on the browser, network, device, headset, carrier, SIP service, and approved deployment design. Compatibility and integration must be assessed for each project.

Third-party services

External websites and services are governed by their own terms and practices. A link does not transfer responsibility for the content, availability, or operation of a third-party service to CallMonkey.

Intellectual property

CallMonkey branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Website access does not grant a license to reproduce branding or original content except as permitted by law or written authorization.

Changes and contact

Website content and these terms may be revised as services and business information develop. Changes do not override an existing signed customer agreement unless agreed in accordance with that agreement. Questions may be sent to the CallMonkey support team.
